01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the player", "you", "your") and 888 Game ("we", "us", "the platform", "888game.bz") covering your use of all services offered through this website and any associated mobile applications.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet or using the casino in any way, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. Acceptance is required before any service can be used. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, your only option is to stop using 888 Game and close your account.

• You must not have a previously closed or suspended account on 888 Game. Opening a second account to circumvent a suspension is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balance.

888 Game reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any time. Providing false information during registration or verification is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are not allowed under any circumstances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately. 888 Game is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable security measures were not taken by the account holder.

Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. This is a standard process and you may be asked to provide a copy of a valid identity document, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Verification documents are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

04 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 888 Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and other mobile wallets as described on the Deposit page. Payment methods are subject to change — always check the current options in your account.

Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically near-instant, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 888 Game does not accept deposits from payment methods that do not belong to the account holder.
• Failed deposits should be reported to support with transaction reference details. Do not attempt the same deposit multiple times without confirming the first attempt failed.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from the Withdrawal section of your account. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Before a withdrawal is processed, 888 Game may require identity verification to be completed. This is a standard procedure and is not a reason to be concerned. Incomplete verification will delay withdrawal processing.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the Withdrawal section.
• Bonus funds may carry wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. See Section 8 for full details on bonuses.
• Withdrawal processing times vary: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically fast; bank transfers follow standard bank processing timelines.
• 888 Game reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal for security review purposes. We will notify you if your withdrawal is held for review.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 888 Game are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds can change before a bet is confirmed — the confirmed odds shown on your bet slip are the final odds for that bet.

• Bets can only be placed on markets that are currently open. Closed markets cannot be bet on regardless of how recently they closed.
• In-play or live betting markets update in real time. It is your responsibility to ensure your bet is placed on the correct outcome before confirming.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed on the bet slip.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets may be voided depending on the specific market rules. Voided bets have stakes returned to the account balance.
• 888 Game reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of a technical error that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, pricing errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage is a breach of these Terms and will result in bet voiding and potential account suspension.
• Cricket, PSL, T20, international football and esports are among the sports covered. Full market-specific rules are displayed within the relevant sports section.

Results are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting body. If an official result is subsequently changed, settled bets will be re-evaluated based on the updated result where practically possible.

07 Casino Rules

Casino games on 888 Game, including slots, table games and live casino, are provided by third-party game suppliers. Each game operates under its own rules and return-to-player (RTP) configuration. Game rules are accessible within each game before play begins.

• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or the platform.
• Live Casino games are hosted by real dealers. The same account balance and payment rules apply as for all other platform activity.
• Any disconnection during a game round will not automatically void that round. In most cases, the game engine will complete the round at its current state. Contact support if a disconnection causes an unresolved game state.

• One bonus per player, per promotion period, unless stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a violation of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real-money funds are used first unless stated otherwise.
• 888 Game reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under that promotion is honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using software to artificially meet wagering requirements or coordinating with other players — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings and possible account suspension.
• Free bets and bonus bets that are voided (for example due to a postponed match) will be returned as bonus funds, not as real-money funds.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension & Closure

888 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there is reason to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms.
• The account is being used fraudulently, to launder funds or for any other unlawful purpose.
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or verification.
• Multiple accounts have been opened by the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors has occurred.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance derived from bonus funds, suspected fraudulent activity or rule-breaking bets may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not involved in any violation will be returned through the original payment method after review.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. A closure request will be processed promptly. Any valid real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you after applicable verification steps.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on 888 Game — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of 888 Game or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
